Summer Victorian home built by fishing boat captain in early 1900's with panoramic view of Hills Bay and the Chesapeake. Three wrap- around adjoining screened porches provide spectacular views of the water and Gwynn's Island across the Bay. A small sandy beach levels into shallow water which is ideal for children. A deepwater dock is at the rear of the property.
The quaint house is on 5-3/4 acres which provides plenty of running and play room for children. There is a large, fenced swimming pool with spacious lounging areas and plenty of pool furniture. A pool maintenance service takes care of the pool weekly. The main house has four bedrooms which sleep nine, and two baths upstairs. There are two outdoor shower stalls and a half-bath and shower off the kitchen. A guest cottage on the property sleeps four with a half bath and sitting room. Both the house and cottage are air-conditioned.
A large, fully-equipped kitchen contains a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and blender. All cooking utensils and dinnerware are provided. There is a large dining room, small adjoining room with wet bar, den with telephone and cable TV, and a utility area with washer and dryer. Guests are to provide their own bed and bath linens.
